Moreover Tektum is using same products with the same quality all the time, as in other Western Europe countries. This results in longer period of durability of the houses, 300 years compare to less than 200 years in conventional type of structure.
Faster time of realization – just when building permit is obtained, execution will save you a lot of time and money. Average construction time of family house is up to three months. We have no shape or size limitations. To compare, realization of relevant building in traditional brick structure takes approximately 2 years.
